It's a very lightweight toner with a thin watery consistency. I actually love this as I can feel the hydration effect even from the first layer. It doesn't sticky nor greasy, fast absorb, no slippery feels when you spread it on skin & somehow give an instan smooth skin feeling . It also provide a soothing & calming effect once you applied on skin. I usually use 3 layers of it because the texture is perfect for layering without the heaviness feeling. You can use it either by cotton pad or your hands. You also can use it for toner masking as it has cooling sensation that can calms your redness & sensitive skin. It also doesn’t have any fragrance which is really suitable with sensitive skin. It’s oil free and alcohol free. I also love the bigger size of the product.
