04.12.23 Good for sensitive skin!
This is my first sun stick and I was really excited to try it out! There's no overly strong fragrance and no white cast. I did notice some make up residue left on the sun stick though but it didn't take away too much coverage so I wasn't too bothered by that. It's advertised as a matte sun stick but so far, it hasn't been too drying on my skin despite it being on the drier side from winter. I did notice that it did end up settling in some lines, so those areas will need to be blended in.

I received this product by paying 3.3 USD in the stylekorean Ready, set and flow section in order to give my honest review. This product is absolutely awesome! It has mugwort and Camellia which help calm the skin and make it less inflamed. These ingredients are the ones I love to have in my routine (besides salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid) It's super cute and small packaging, really convenient, it fits all purses. As you know, it's necessary to reapply some layers of sun sticks, so this one si fantastic for reapplication since it gives You a matte finish while making your face feel the softest. It's Nice for for oily skin, but also any skin type if you live in a humid climate. It goes well on makeup, but it moves (a little bit) probable because of the stick format. I usually don't wear makeup, so it wasn't a problem for me. If you want to feel really protected with a sun stick by applying a lot of layers, GET THIS ONE! Definitely 9.5/10.

This would be an excellent sun stick for anyone who doesn't wear makeup, or has oily skin. Worth the purchase, but there are better options out there like AHC sun stick if you wear a lot of makeup, or oil isn't a concern of yours. Pros: - blots oil VERY well; works just as good as blotting paper or mattifying powder - leaves skin feeling smooth, refreshed and lightly moisturized - has a soft satin-matte finish without skin looking cakey or dry Cons: - tugs at skin and has a tendency to lift makeup off because of the stiffer/harder formula - less suitable for medium to heavy makeup wearers (imo) or anyone that wears foundation; very light makeup would be ok - stick is flat on top so covers large areas easily, but doesn't quite contour into the curves/sides of the nose - stick isn't as wide as other sticks so will need to glide several times across face to cover entire face fully (vs. a wider stick)
