This toner has a super luxurious texture yet very affordable. It's hydrating without having to layer more than once and works for all skin types. It doesn't foam up like some other toners.

This is similar to the dear klairs supple preparation toner, super gentle and is a good base for other moisturising products. Will not do much more than adding a little moisture to your skin though. If you're looking for more skin benefits, this is not for you - however if you need the extra moisture, this is non irritable.
