I've been using toner from Pyunkang Yul for a month. the skin becomes more moist and supple. I like the light texture like water. not irritating.

love Pyunkang Yul's simple ingredients. This essence has a high concntration of milkvetch which helps relieve and protect my skin from pollution and the stresses of modern living. I like to use it at night and it helps calm my face.

If we talk about Korean essence toner, we can't miss this out.
Contains 91.3% Milk Vetch Root Extract, this has a watery-thick texture, a little bit slippery but doesn't leave any sticky feeling when it's fully absorbed. I can say that this one provides a long-lasting hydration even by using a single layer of it. I love to use it with a cotton pad as toner pad for a deeper hydration when my skin feels dehydrated. I think it's a good essence toner even for sensitized and sensitive skin. Results may vary. ⭐️4.5/5
