I could say that this toner is perfect for all skin type. Because all skin types need hydration. Pyunkang Yul essence toner is a famous toner among skincare enthusiast, and I'm glad to try it too. I have dry skin type, so I like to use this toner for 7 skin method or CSM. It also can calm down my skin when my skin got iritated by high concentrate of actives ingredients. It has Viscous texture, no fragrance, easy to absorb, works directly to hydrate skin. Must try! Must repurchase

IT’S VERY HYDRATING
This is definitely a gel-type toner as it is thicker than regular watery toners, and yet does absorb relatively quick while hydrating the skin. I think all skins could find this hydrating and soothing and I realy like the hydration it gives to my skin
