Best Toner

This is the first time that i used this toner and it is really good on my skin.  It made my skin tighter and it doesn't dry up the skin and it is not stingy

This is my second bottle, I use it every day. It's light weight, hydrating, fresh and just a few ingredients.

i had much higher expectations for this because of its herbal/medicinal description but it is pretty much like the klairs toner which is kind of tacky. didn't break me out so i will continue to use it...
