I don't really see an impact. It's not bad but not my favourite Toner. I like more waterlike toner. This one is a bit sticky, a bit like a very fluid serum.

I started to k beauty journey with this toner and loved it from the first use. I have dry skin and this did a good job at providing much needed hydration for my skin.

11.20.18 Good hydrating essence
It's great for 7skin method. It was great for summer but for winter it's not hydrating enough i still need something thicker. I haven't notice any brightening though.
