This is my favorite toner ever. This is my third purchase and I am loving it.
I have sensitive and oily skin and this calms my skin and doesn’t irritate. It is very hydrating. I used it in my morning and night routine. I used it to do the three skin method and it layers amazingly without being sticky.

Great hydration. I always use this everyday. Doesn't do much more than that, but I like using this to layer other things on my dry skin. No irritation and I find no faults. I like to use it when my skin needs to recover too.
