If you like black coffee this is great. There's no added sugar or cream. As far as helping you lose weight, not sure how effective it is. I did buy 2 packs and haven't really noticed it helping with weight loss except that it has no sugar or cream so the calories stay low. Great tasting though

The taste is quite good, similar to coffee. For me, as a real coffee lover, it was a godsend. I was glad that there were no side effects, because I thought it might affect my heart, but it was quite easy to take and I felt fine throughout the day.

I drink this after meal at noon, better taste cold then hot, not sure bout the effect but your cravings for snacks seemed reduced
