This does taste refreshing esp with cold water. But it has that fake sweet taste. I mean, buy it if you have extra cash to burn but I didn't see the benefits.

I like these, they taste good and I put them in my water every day so they are very practical. I didn’t notice any differences, probably because I had only so many to try. Overall, good taste so they’re worth trying but it’ll take time to notice a difference.

Shikootaeng Green Edition-Limeade -- a powder type refreshing drink that contains fruit extracts, vitamins great choice after food or before any meal/odd time cravings. Its supposed to help with body fat management, metabolism and increase energy. I haven't actually noticed any of the claims but definitely prefer this over carbonated drinks. Taste is sweet (thanks stevia!) natural derived lime flavor, kinda like 7 up! This one is good even with just ice and water but you can definitely add lemon, lime or berries for that tangy punch!
