Receive this but the consistency is more liquid rather than balm. I don't know why maybe because of shipping or because of the differences in weather. But it does what it claim. So well..

So I heard a lot of great things about this cleanser, but I guess I didn't like it as much as others. It does its job for a cleanser and doesn't burn the eyes (BIG PLUS), but I don't think I'd repurchase. Sometimes even after double cleansing and toning you can tell that the cleanser didn't pick up everything. Although, it is a small amount I just felt like the Clean it Zero cleansing balm did so much better. Overall though it is still a great product for the amount it is worth. I would recommend for those that use a lot of eye products!

I have Oskia Ren. Gel, DHC Cleansing Oil for my makeup cleansing routine. I love both them all but this is my first balm and I LOVE IT!! I really recommend it!

I love it
The cleansing balm smells so good that makes me feel so refresh and relax. The balm even don't irritate my eyes and it's so easy to melt it and I don't have to double-cleanse after that.

I like it but...
I know the INCI is better than banila's and other oil cleansers that are pure mineral oil, but I feel this is much more expensive than my The faceshop rice oil cleanser and this leaves some makeup on my face. Cool that I purchased this for 5$ promotion day, for the normal price I will not buy it again =/
