For me, This is one of the most moisturizing toner that i've used. Just spray a small amount all over you entire face, and it will last all day. Didn't gave me any breakouts.Made my skin plump all day, and changed my skin texture! you may also used this as a face mist if your face feels dry. I just loved it, and will be repurchasing!!
