10.24.23 Not One Of My Favorites
I've used this toner for a week now and Idk how to feel about. It doesn't hydrate my skin at all and it feels a little sticky when you apply it. I will keep trying it to see if it changes my mind, but if not then I'll just give to my sister.

This is such a delightful watery toner. It’s so hydrating and soothing too. I pat it on right after I wash my face. Sometimes I put it on a few toner pads and use as masks. It doesn’t sting my skin when I have damaged barrier
