This eye patch is moisturizing and I can see my undereyes puff up with moisture, but doesn't last long.

it protected the under eye area from dryness. i place mine in the fridge for further eye bag swelling control although it is cooling already.

Not sure about this, I've tried it with and without eye cream, eye gel, no eye products and it stings. I gave it to my mom to enjoy.
