Effect isn't noticed immediately. But feels refreshing. 
Good for tired eyes

flowery smell is a bit rich and overpowering other than that a great product. 

I would not see much affect. It just make my eyes feel cool and fresh. 

i used it for 15 mins and saw that my eyebags had lightened up. the best way to use would be while lying down since when it's wet, it slides. (very slimy texture) doesn't really have a pungent smell. i didn't get any sort of allergic reaction to it and i only have slightly sensitive skin, so yes it works!! 

I would suggest patch testing on the neck before getting anything close to the eyes area.
