This is my first time using This product so effect is average may be if I use it continuously then it will work nicely overall everything is good even the taste

Mixing this in water is a nice way of getting some electrolytes in to make sure that you’re properly hydrated- although I am a little bit disappointed that it only comes with 10 packets
