Shake 3-5 times before use. Apply appropriate amount (at least ¼ tsp) onto face at last step of basic skin care.
Pat lightly until fully absorbed.
Apply evenly onto neck, arms, and legs where sun exposure occurs.
Reapply as needed for long-term sun exposure. The FDA recommends reapplication of sun protection every 2 hours, or after 40 minutes of an activity involving water and/or producing sweat.
