This mascara does NOT budge or smudge once applied. As j get older, mascara smudging on my upper eyelid has become a real problem! I would say please only remove with eyemake remover or face oil. If you pull at your lashes at all, you'll probably rip them out.

This mascara is extremely tough to remove! Looks great when applied but cannot be removed with micellar water or with cleansing foam! You have to use oil! I do not recommend
