So far so good. I have only used this a few times but can find the current quite strong and painful on my jaw. I was also sent a different version to the one I bought so that was disappointing.

I purchased this color because it was advertised with a free gift, but I only received the main product without the gift. I did not receive any email or notification informing me that the gift would not be included. I found this very frustrating, as I specifically chose this item expecting the full offer. Waiting for the delivery and then not receiving everything advertised was disappointing. Additionally, after making my purchase, I saw a comment from another customer who had the same issue. However, that comment has now been deleted, and even the product images have been changed to remove any mention of the gift. This raises concerns about transparency. As for the product itself, it is okay, but it does not perform as well as promoted. In my opinion, it has the same effect as a regular gua sha tool. I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding this situation, as well as a partial refund to compensate for the missing gift and compensation for not receiving what was promoted.
