I have been wanting to buy this device for some time. I have been using Beaund and THOME Signature devices, and they have been working. However, I wanted V-Thera for lifting / firming around the jawline specifically. Am happy to receive all the bonus items too (device wipes, carry sleeve, and booster gel).

I reached out to customer service both via phone and email and had no response in over a month, just saying buyers beware if something goes wrong with your order no one will help…
