My name is Ivana Jordanovska and I recently discovered your page. I was thrilled to learn that you ship to North Macedonia, where I reside currently. I ordered and I am beyond satisfied with the products.

However, the choice of shipping service has been very disappointing. Although I have used DHL in other countries and they have been beyond professional, it was the exact opposite in North Macedonia. I have been charged for storage while the customs duties are paid and at one point, even asked to pick up the package from their office! When I asked why am I paying for storage, I was told I have to in order to receive the products I paid for. I don't like being blackmailed for something I've already paid for.

So, although I would love to continue shopping and ordering from your website, I simply won't do it if you continue to send by DHL, due to this experience. It has been most unpleasant.
