Do you make delivery to Ukraine? Can I make an order with the help of intermediary agent?

My package was delivered by DHL to my front door, with no signature requested. The driver left the package there and when I came out to get the package, found that the bottom of the box was wet. I opened it to see one of the boxes that contained 6 bottles of the Missha essence was all wet. One of the essence bottles was completely broken, and the essence spilled all over the rest of the boxes, damaging all 6 boxes of essence. These were ordered as gifts and now cannot be gifted since the boxes are damaged. I reached out to DHL but this was their response: "Unfortunately since you made the payment to them, only the seller can reimburse you or send you a replacement for the damaged shipment. Once you contact them, they will conduct an investigation with DHL and if it was a DHL handling error, we will credit your supplier and they should be able to compensate you."

Hi StyleKorean,

I placed this order on September 25, 2020 for USD $76.27 via eximbay.kr, but was charged twice on my credit card. I did not refresh the page or click the submit/pay button more than once. There was also no internet issues at time of purchase.

Please process a refund to the credit card used as I do not want a credit on my account.
