Hello, I replied You email about My order number 2020071916054269 to let You know that unfortunately that is not the case that the address or contact number is incorrect. DHL had left the package at the customs on it's own, they did not take the responsability for the package at the customs and It was imposible for me to recover the package,the officer at customs said that the only option was to return it and ask for refund.DHL did not take responsability for the package.

The officer ask me to apply for permit which will take one to two months and the package cannot be there indefinetly.

I Will apply for the permit and after I Will Buy again the products, so I hope You can help me with My refund, because the full package Will be returning to You. Thank You very much and sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to know if there is any document on your part in which you can mention that the use of the COSRX brand, since here in Mexico we are asked for a letter from you certifying that you can distribute that brand to Mexico.
