We've just asked the courier to investigate your package and we've tracked your package via the tracking website as well, it is successfully delivered on 1st of August.
As you just mentioned, your package is being returned to us but without any official results from the courier, we are not possible to proceed any further steps.

After the package is returned to us by the customer's mistake, we can replace the order but the customer needs to pay another shipping fee for that and also, the customer can be refunded for the item except the double shipping fees.
However once it is missed, we regret to inform you that we can't refund for this by the customer's mistake.
