Packaged nicely, easy to take but not effective at all

I brought NE:AR V line chew because of the hype and believed it will help me achieve a V line look. I'm trying the chew for weeks so far I cannot see any V line yet. Maybe it takes time but it does taste good. I will report back if I get any results?
