The OOTD Beauty Star Spot Patch is an okay option for dealing with pimples, but honestly, it’s not something I’m super impressed with. The patches come in cute star shapes, which makes them a bit more fun to use compared to regular round acne patches. They stick fairly well to the skin and stay in place for a decent amount of time, even overnight. They also help protect blemishes from picking or external dirt, which is the main benefit I noticed. In terms of performance, they do the job but nothing extraordinary. They can help flatten small whiteheads and reduce the appearance of pimples slightly, but I didn’t see very fast or dramatic results compared to other spot patches I’ve tried. For deeper or more stubborn acne, the effect is quite minimal
