I love the toner it’s soft and smooth, kept my skin moisturized for long time

While it's very hydrating, I'm not sure about the brightening/whitening effect. I have combo-oily, acne prone skin. So I'm always dealing with hyperpigmentation leftover from acne. Plus, I use other brightening/whitening products. So it's hard to tell the effectiveness of this toner. It has a watery, milky texture that's quite hydrating.

It has a wonderful consistency and absorbs easily but unfortunately small bumps started to appear on my skin once I started using this product. I have sensitive skin and not everyone has my skin type so I think it would be okay on normal skin but if you have sensitive skin, I would steer clear.
