Loveee this product. Cleansing balms always break me out but this was first given to me for free as a plus one gift for buying other stuff. I used it but had my doubts and after several uses I still didn't break out and a little goes a LOOOONG way. It cleans even heavy makeup very easily. MY FAVORITE RIGHT NOW

I still feel light residue on my face and in my eyes after using this cleansing balm. Not heavy, can be removed with additional rubbing with facewash sponge

I have requested a full refund multiple times through customer service due to an extremely delayed delivery, but nothing has been resolved. Please treat this review as my official refund request, since your team failed to respond properly and on time. You only informed me about the refund email after the deadline had already passed, which is completely unacceptable. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating — easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I am extremely disappointed and expect my full refund to be processed immediately.

I haven't received my order placed on 9/23/25 and it's now 10/15. No representative has responded to my messages regarding my order either. My account shows that my order is now "complete". When checking tracking it doesn't show as delivered not even attempt of delivery. I've purchased many orders prior to this, but this is my first issue with not receiving my order. I will update my review with am accurate review if I ever receive my order, but this is my last attempt to get any type of response from a rep.
