I got curious of beauty of joseon products because it was trending in tiktok specially the sun cream and serums. the first product of Beauty of joseon that i tried is the suncream and the eye cream. and i love it! so i wanted to try this toner too. it was hydrating and does not have a strong smell and it was easily absorbed, not sticky. so far it does not itritate my acne prone skin. hands up to beauty of joseon i think this brand is compatible with my skin type so im interested to try more of their skin care products.

I really like this essence/toner! It has a thicker-than-water consistency. The consistency reminds me a bit of Missha Artemisia Calming Essence. However, unlike Missha, it does not leave a film on top of my skin. I use several layers of this toner (7 skin method), and it still doesn't leave my skin tacky or sticky. It is very soothing and hydrating. After using this, my skin feels supple and bouncy. My skin is very sensitive to the sun, so after long exposure to the sun whether I have sunscreen on or not, my skin will start to hurt. Putting this toner on afterwards instantly soothes it. This toner does not sting or burn my eyes. It's a very, very gentle toner. Overall, I would repurchase it just for the excellent soothing effect.

I recently have been using this toner about ~1 week. I haven't noticed any special progress, but it is a light feeling toner that leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I like to use it in the morning.

I use this as the first step in my routine after cleansing. It has an herbal scent which was quite apparent at first use, but the smell dissipated with repeat use. I think it did calm down my inflammation and redness after one week of twice daily use.

I love that it is infused with 80% ginseng root water. Ginseng is known to be very beneficial for anti-aging. This essence gives a nice feeling when applied on the skin.. it gives nice sensation and is very promising.

I was so happy to get this deal because I've heard so many good things about this particular product because ginseng is such a sought after ingredient that's perfect for aging skin and couldn't wait to try it!  Just a few drops, as you pat it on the skin, does it ever absorb quickly! It leaves behind a slight tackiness on the skin that I wished would leave a more skin-like finish. No scent. Leaves my skin ultra-hydrated and super plump Just in time for fall/winter season.
