I have requested a full refund multiple times through customer service due to an extremely delayed delivery, but nothing has been resolved. Please treat this review as my official refund request, since your team failed to respond properly and on time.
You only informed me about the refund email after the deadline had already passed, which is completely unacceptable.
This whole experience has been beyond frustrating — easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I am extremely disappointed and expect my full refund to be processed immediately.
