The product is very effective, and I’ll definitely order it again. It suited my skin perfectly — my skin is combination leaning toward dry. I had pimple break-out during the first 2 days, but cleared out after. The first side of cotton is smooth and the other side is slightly rough, good for scrubbing in the neck area. The toner will leave you the feeling of cleaner but I don’t feel any moisture.
