I love the rice toners and love them on my skin. This is a nice toner.

I really like this toner. It has a silky smooth slip and leaves a nice glossy glow finish. It leaves my skin feels nourishing and hydrating at the same time. Possibly my holy grail toner. I find it hydrating more than the other during drier weather.
