It functions well as a toner. I've been using it only for a few days, so I can't say if it does anything special. It's a good toner for the price, but the herbal smell is a off putting for me. I'm sore most people wouldn't mind the smell, because it's not fragrance but it's a deal breaker for me. Since it's not causing any breakouts, I'll continue to use this bottle and see if there's any long term changes to update, but I definitely won't be repurchasing this.

This toner is lightweight and refreshing and balances my skin beautifully. It preps my skin so that serums and creams absorb better. It’s very gentle and feels soothing after cleansing. A great everyday toner.
