I don’t see a lot of difference with my skin. But the good thing is it taste great so you can easily drink and perhaps if you do it religiously you’ll see the difference

I’ve been taking this collagen for 6 months. Some people don’t like the taste, but to me it taste pretty good, tangy and sweet. I usually eat the powder straight from the package like a candy. My skin feels smoother
