This mini Laneige Cream Skin Refiner was a good opportunity to try the new iteration which promotes ceramides and peptides. I think this is a great milky toner, especially for dry skin. It has such a robust emollient quality. It will quench your thirsty skin. When applying this I used it as the last step before my moisturiser. Now I'll just have to buy the regular size.
