To describe the toner, it feels nearly identical to water on my skin. There is no scent and absolutely no irritation no matter how angry my skin may be that day. I apply this toner every night in MANY layers to fully quench my dehydrated skin before moving on to the rest of my routine. While my overall routine often changes, my consistent use of this toner will never change. Having gone through about 5 bottles in the past year, I find the price very affordable compared to most other K beauty. I truly attribute the overwhelming improvement of my skin’s health to this toner, and it has only gotten better since using the serum too!
