I can't believe how amazing I felt after starting to take this daily. I first bought it on a whim while looking for daily vitamins or supplements for better health and more energy. I will definitely be purchasing more for the convenience I can just grab these and bring them to work with me in morning instead of spending time to prepare the right portions every morning. I would definitely recommend and re-purchase this. I only wish it came with a 1 month supply :) lol
